Job Description:
• Provide advanced technical expertise across the sales process
• Architect and validate Informatics solutions integrating Atellica Informatics portfolio
• Evaluate customer IT environments and LIS/HIS integration requirements
• Develop architecture diagrams, network topologies, data flow mappings, and integration specifications
• Collaborate closely with Informatics Consultants to ensure designs align with best operational practices
• Review and document customer IT infrastructure, security, and network design requirements
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to ensure compliance of proposed Informatics solutions
• Prepare and deliver Digital Handover Documents, Bill of Materials, and technical specifications
• Validate interoperability requirements with hospital IT systems
• Provide expert technical oversight during early implementation
• Participate in technical risk assessments and project readiness checkpoints

• Support resolution of integration challenges by advising PM, Service, and Customer IT teams
