We’re looking for a serious high ticket closer who knows how to handle qualified prospects, run structured sales calls, and close deals consistently. This is not a beginner role. If you need scripts to read from or struggle to handle objections, this won’t work. About Us Home Lead Agency helps HVAC & Plumbing companies generate 30–90 booked jobs in 42 days using paid ads and proven systems. We don’t sell “marketing.” We sell predictable revenue and booked jobs. What You’ll Be Closing • Service: Lead generation system for HVAC & Plumbing companies • Offer: Guaranteed results or we work for free • Ticket Size: $2500 – $10,000+ You’ll be speaking with pre-qualified business owners (no cold calling). Your Responsibilities • Take inbound booked calls from qualified prospects • Run structured discovery + strategy calls • Handle objections and close deals on the call or via follow-up • Follow up with no-shows and undecided prospects • Track pipeline, deals, and follow-ups properly • Improve close rate consistently Compensation • 100% Commission-Based • Earn - 20% per deal Commission Breakdown: • $2,500 package → $500 • $5,000 package → $1,000 • $10,000 package → $2,000 Top closers can realistically make $5K–$20K+/month depending on performance.
