Senior Java Developer (Software Developer, Level 3) to support application analysis and modernization efforts.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong Java developer with deep experience in legacy and modern frameworks — including Spring, Java EE, Struts, and EJB — who can analyze complex codebases to extract business logic, data flows, and integration points. What sets this role apart is the expectation that the developer can bridge the gap between technical and business teams: translating code-level findings into clear functional requirements and documentation in close collaboration with Business Analysts. Beyond analysis, the candidate will contribute to full application development, defect resolution, testing, and architecture discussions, while producing technical documentation such as process flows, data mappings, and design documents. Experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting is a plus.
