Role Description
Provide leadership to engineering team utilizing .NET and related technologies. Own complete solutions across the entire life cycle while utilizing strong problem-solving ability. Influence and build vision with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems for building enterprise-class business applications.
• Hold accountability for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions.
• Lead design sessions and code reviews to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization.
• Utilize .NET, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and a variety of Azure tools and services across the SDLC.
• Execute software delivery utilizing an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) for continuous delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code, PowerShell scripting, Operation Portals, and Monitoring Portals.
• Mentor junior team members in .NET and related technologies.
• Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
• May undergo background checks.
• Occasional on-call for production support 24x7.
• May require pre-hire technical screen.
• Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
• Multiple positions open.
• Salary: $175,427.00 to $230,000.00 per year.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in software development within a .NET framework.
• 3 years of experience in building the architecture and design of new and current systems.
• Experience with DevOps Concepts, Cloud Architecture, Azure DevOps Operational Framework, and Cloud Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in Azure Network and at least one of the following: open source frameworks, .NET CORE, ASP.NET, Angular, or Express.
