Role Description
Provide school-based (virtual and/or onsite) therapy services to students with diverse needs. Enjoy flexible scheduling — work as little as 1 hour per week or build a full caseload. Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ academic, communication, and functional success.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
Qualifications
• SLP: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active PA license (ASHA preferred)
• OT: Master’s in Occupational Therapy
• Active PA license/certification
• All Candidates: School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and technology skills
• Student-centered, compassionate approach
• Pennsylvania Clearances (if applicable): Child Abuse, Criminal Check, FBI Fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter, TB Test
