Position: Home Based Mental Health Therapist
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour (direct client care)/$60,000-$65,000/year (salary)
Job Type: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
Schedule: Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day for the following working windows
• Weekdays: 12pm – 8pm
• Weekends: 10am – 6pm
Work Setting: Remote (Telehealth + Optional In-Person Sessions)

COMPENSATION & WORK STRUCTURE:

PROJECTED WEEKLY EARNINGS: $766.00 – $1,124.00 (Based on a standard 32–40 hour engagement)
1. DIRECT FAMILY INTERVENTION (Direct Client Care)
Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 / hour
• Average 22–25 hours/week
• This is your high-impact work: intensive, relationship-based intervention in-home, in the community, or via telehealth.
2. CLINICAL FOUNDATION & PREP (Indirect Client Care)
Rate: $16.60 / hour
• Average 10–15 hours/week
• We compensate you for the essential "behind-the-scenes" work that makes your sessions successful:
• Clinical Documentation: Professional note-taking and case strategy.
• Field Logistics: Protected travel time between families.
• Care Coordination: Collaborating with Lead Clinicians and partners.
• Mentorship: Weekly clinical supervision and team training.
Mileage reimbursement:
• Mileage between client locations is reimbursed at 72 ½ cents per mile
Bilingual Requirement (preferred): Spanish and English Speaking

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Lead Community Mental Health Therapist to provide individual and family therapy remotely while also supporting and mentoring clinicians. This role is remote, with telehealth as a primary option. Ability to provide in-person sessions is preferred but not required.
In this role, you will utilize a client-centered approach, incorporating CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address a range of behavioral and mental health challenges.
This position offers the opportunity to make a direct, lasting impact on families, while working as part of a collaborative and supportive clinical team.
This is a non-traditional role with flexibility to schedule sessions based on client needs and availability, including after-school hours, evenings, and weekends, as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote therapy services to children, adolescents, and families experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges, such as suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, depression, trauma, and dysregulation.
• Implement evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and collaborate on safety planning as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of session notes, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to support ongoing professional growth.
• Coordinate and schedule sessions based on client needs and availability.
• Travel between client sessions within the service area (mileage reimbursement provided).
Who You Are:
• You hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. (required)
• Minimum of 1.5–2 years of clinical/direct therapy experience in mental/behavioral health settings (required)
• Strong background in crisis response and trauma-informed care
• You have hands-on experience working with children or families impacted by mental health challenges
• You have a strong foundation in mental health and a passion for working with youth and families.
• You possess professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• You are comfortable taking direction from clinical leads and supervisors and contributing positively to team culture
• You are comfortable working in diverse home environments and are open to evenings or weekend visits based on client needs

This provides predictable hours, steady caseload flow, and reliable session times—supporting professional focus while fostering strong, ongoing client relationships through consistent availability.
