Home-Based Training Specialist

This role requires a strong background in training, communication, and technology, along with the flexibility to travel when necessary.    REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES   Training Expertise – Effectively delivering engaging training sessions and adapting to different learning styles.   Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.   Public Speaking – Experience conducting presentations, webinars, and virtual or in-person training sessions.   Time Management – Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage training schedules efficiently.   Technical Proficiency – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual training platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams), and business-related software.   Adaptability – Capable of learning new technologies quickly and transferring knowledge effectively.    WHAT YOU WILL DO   Storyteller at heart, able to bring our holistic training philosophy to life through clear, engaging, and audience-centered communication.  Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by helping identify not only training needs, but broader opportunities for individual and team development.  Design and deliver sessions that incorporate adult learning principles, behavioral change techniques, and interactive facilitation methods.  Lead compelling, story-driven discussions and workshops on topics such as critical thinking, communication skills, leadership, business development, and more.  Be proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and position them within a larger framework of productivity and professional growth, not just tool usage.  Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive training programs and development pathways, not just standalone sessions.  Gather and interpret learner feedback to assess both skill acquisition and behavioral impact, providing actionable insights to clients.  Maintain an engaging, adaptable, and learner-centered presence, even in high-volume or repetitive delivery environments.  Contribute to the evolution of training content by identifying trends in workplace skills, learning needs, and professional development best practices.  Assist with administrative and reporting responsibilities as needed.  Travel to deliver onsite workshops and facilitate in-person development sessions when required.    WHAT WE LOOK FOR  Education – Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field   Experience – 5+ years’ experience in corporate training, professional development, coaching, or adult education  Language Proficiency – Strong verbal and written English communication skills.   Work Schedule – Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.   Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication platforms.   Other Qualifications   Demonstrated ability to facilitate both technical and non-technical (professional development) training  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences  Experience in public speaking, facilitation, or workshop leadership  Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design, or behavior change methodologies preferred  Experience delivering training on topics such as communication, leadership, productivity, or workplace effectiveness strongly preferred  Certifications in Microsoft Office or business applications are a plus, but not the primary focus  Experience with generative AI tools is highly desired, especially in the context of workflow and productivity enhancement    WHAT WE OFFER   Salary Range: PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000  Job Type: Full-time  Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)  Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)    BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US  Industry-leading salary packages    Permanent work-from-home setup    Company equipment provided     Internet stipends upon regularization    HMO Coverage      PTO credits and service incentive leaves    Major spring and winter company live events    Monthly employee appreciation virtual events    Company-provided career skills training courses    A company culture focused on your personal and professional growth      WHO WE ARE     DCX stands out as a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company that takes pride in assisting growth-focused small and medium-sized businesses across the United States to discover the perfect global talent to enhance their teams.      At DCX, our core beliefs center around fostering growth and making hiring easy.
