<p><b> HR Advisor <br> Location: </b> Grantham <p><b> The Role </b></p><p> We're looking for a proactive and credible <b> HR Advisor </b> to support the HR Business Partner in delivering a high-quality generalist HR service. You'll play a key role in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives, people strategy, and employment legislation. </p><p><b> Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul> <li> Provide HR advice and guidance to managers in line with policy, best practice, and employment law </li> <li> Manage employee relations cases including absence, conduct, capability, and grievance </li> <li> Support absence management plans and delivery of people KPI's </li> <li> Maintain accurate HR systems and records, ensuring GDPR compliance </li> <li> Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities </li> <li> Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and advise on outcomes </li> <li> Support training compliance, engagement initiatives, and wellbeing activities </li> <li> Assist with audits, ethical compliance, and Health & Safety initiatives </li> <li> Champion company values, diversity, and employee engagement </li> </ul><p><b> About You </b></p><ul> <li> Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor or similar role </li> <li> Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice </li> <li> Confident advising managers at all levels </li> <li> Hands-on experience with HR systems </li> <li> Excellent communication and organisational skills </li> <li> CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable) </li> <li> Experience in manufacturing or food industry (desirable) </li> </ul><p> JBRP1_UKTJ </p> Salary: GBP 30000 - 40000 per year
