Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing technology firm, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their operations in Tampa, Florida, US . This strategic role will serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, coupled with the ability to influence and advise management on all people-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Partner with assigned business units to understand their strategic goals and provide HR support and solutions. Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development. Collaborate on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices. Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection for key roles within the business units. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives. Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven insights. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and legal compliance across the organization. Champion the company culture and values. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role. Proven experience supporting technology or fast-paced growth companies. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation. Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
