HR Director | U.S. (East Coast Focus) | SaaS | High-Growth Environment U.S. (East Coast Preferred) | Multi-Region Support Confidential Search via Career Staffing Talent (CST) Full-Time | HR Leadership Up to $150K base salary + Bonus (DOE) Career Staffing Talent (CST) has been retained on a confidential search for an HR Director to join a product-led, global SaaS company operating in a highly regulated, data-driven environment. Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will lead the U.S. HR function while partnering cross-functionally to support continued growth, organizational scale, and workforce performance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in SaaS and startup environments and enjoys building, scaling, and optimizing HR infrastructure. What You’ll Own ✔️ Lead HR strategy and execution across the U.S. business (multi-region, East Coast focus) ✔️ Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling initiatives ✔️ Serve as a key partner within a global HR structure , aligning U.S. efforts with broader business objectives ✔️ Oversee and develop the U.S. HR team , driving performance and accountability ✔️ Design and evolve compensation, bonus, and performance management programs ✔️ Lead annual performance cycles, calibration, and merit planning ✔️ Build and enhance people analytics and data-driven decision-making capabilities ✔️ Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence ✔️ Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, change management, and talent development ✔️ Help shape a high-performance, growth-oriented culture What They’re Looking For ✔️ Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader supporting U.S. operations ✔️ Background in SaaS, technology, or product-led environments ✔️ Experience in startup or high-growth companies — builder mindset required ✔️ Strong experience supporting multi-state / multi-region workforces ✔️ Hands-on operator — comfortable owning both strategy and execution ✔️ Deep expertise in compensation, performance management, and HR operations ✔️ Strong business partner — able to influence and advise leadership ✔️ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills ✔️ Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance ➕ Nice to Have ✔️ Experience in regulated or data-driven industries (e.g., fintech, payments, risk, compliance) ✔️ Exposure to global teams and distributed workforces ✔️ SHRM certification or equivalent Why This Role Stands Out ✔️ Opportunity to build and scale HR in a growing SaaS company ✔️ Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making ✔️ High-impact role supporting multi-region U.S. growth ✔️ You are not a cog in the wheel — this role directly influences company trajectory Interested?
