Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to extending offers and onboarding new hires. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Support employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system. Facilitate employee training and development programs. Contribute to performance management processes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist role. Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and payroll systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, adapting to hybrid work schedules.
