Role Objective
In this role, you will be a key strategic partner to the HR team providing vital support across various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is crucial in promoting a positive work environment and in ensuring alignment of the firm’s HR policies and programmes throughout the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with different divisions to identify HR solutions that meet their needs and help them achieve better performance that drives the overall success of the organisation.
• Support the HR Manager in the services that will be offered by the business
• Support employee relations efforts, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Implement talent management and development strategies that promote employee growth and career progression.
• Deliver different training sessions focused on the growth and well-being of each members
• Leverage workforce metrics and trends analysis to enable better decision-making and enhancement of workforce strategies.
