We are looking for a short-term HubSpot specialist to help support and execute day-to-day HubSpot marketing and CRM activities while also helping fill an internal knowledge gap.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is highly familiar with the HubSpot platform and comfortable independently managing campaigns, segmentation, email marketing, workflows, and reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and manage HubSpot email campaigns
Create and maintain audience lists and segmentation
Configure and monitor workflows and automation
Assist with campaign execution and optimization
Review and improve CRM organization and data quality
Help troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues and questions
Provide practical guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders
Potentially assist with dashboards and reporting
Ideal Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
Comfortable executing campaigns from start to finish
Experience with segmentation, lifecycle stages, and automation
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Excellent communication skills
Bonus: RevOps, Sales Hub, or integration experience
Engagement Details:
Contract duration: approximately 4–6 weeks
Flexible hours
Preference for some overlap with U.S. business hours
Potential for future work if the engagement goes well
