Key Responsibilities
- Product Stewardship: Lead the servicing of careerzynith Business Line of Credit and related Business Blueprint products, shaping the future of our commercial servicing strategy.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound phone and chat inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and speed, handling an average of 80‑100 calls per day.
- Account Maintenance: Perform account updates, transaction processing, and fund inquiries across checking, lending, and payment‑acceptance platforms.
- Rewards & Redemption Support: Guide customers through rewards programs, ensuring end‑to‑end resolution of redemption questions.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, escalating when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Compliance Adherence: Follow all regulatory and compliance guidelines, safeguarding both the customer and careerzynith.
