**What You'll Do Every Day**
As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional – Corporate Card Member, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to Corporate and Small Business Card Members through inbound calls, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and elements of arenaflex Corporate Card services.
* Building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.
* Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures, adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices.
* Responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment, providing extraordinary customer care and support.
**Minimum Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least two years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
* Proven success in a customer service call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.
* Open availability for scheduling, with a willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred; education benefits are available to support your ongoing learning and development.
