**Job Description**
As an experienced full stack data entry specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with a team of designers and organizers to address the global armada of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
* Working with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled expectations, and presentations
* Planning and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and making business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to drive growth
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in data entry, program management, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as SQL and data analytics platforms
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on data-driven decision making
* Experience working with large, cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving process improvement and innovation
