Qualitest is looking for Agile Coach to work remote from the US!
Job summary: The incumbent plays a key role in successfully launching new Agile teams and coaching existing Agile teams with varying levels of maturity. Leveraging prior training and experience, the incumbent is well-equipped to coach any role within the Scrum team and help the team reach higher levels of maturity by continually improving their process and ensuring that they adhere to the Scrum framework.
Responsibilities:
- Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for optimizing the Scrum delivery approach, recognizing that Scrum does not prescribe all necessary activities.
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches, such as Kanban and hybrid approaches.
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with the healthcare claim processing is beneficial.
- Communication (oral, written and listening), project management, analytic, organization, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, communication, problem-solving, planning and technical skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and cooperative relationships throughout the organization.
- Ability to facilitate teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvements.
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects including continuous evaluation and re-ordering of priorities as business needs dictate.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
- Ability to be flexible and creative in problem solving and identifying process improvements.
- Ability to anticipate business needs and think with a business owner mind-set.
- Ability to adhere to corporate work ethic standards.
- 8+ years of experience as Scrum master. Coach existing Agile teams to higher levels of maturity by conducting recurring agility assessments and working with the teams to implement identified improvement opportunities.
- Should be technical. Knowledge of Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with the healthcare claim processing is beneficial (know how claims / healthcare domains work)
- Conduct individual coaching sessions with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Business Analysts and other Agile team members as needed to mature knowledge and practices.
- Advanced scrum master certification or elevated certification OR Extensive experience with SAFe and PI Planning
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Team Building, etc
