About the Role
Realty.com is hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing inbound demand. This is a high-volume, structured role focused on qualifying inbound leads, having productive conversations, and setting high-quality demos for our sales team.
This role is not closing-focused and not full-cycle sales. Success is measured by consistency, follow-through, and execution.

What You’ll Do
• Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
• Have structured qualification conversations using the provided scripts
• Identify customer intent and route leads appropriately
• Set qualified demos for Account Executives
• Track all activity accurately in our CRM
• Follow daily call, activity, and quality standards
• Stay focused, organized, and consistent throughout the day
This role involves a high volume of outbound calls to inbound leads. You will be on the phone daily.

• Inbound-only (no cold prospecting)
• Process-driven and highly structured
• Entry-level and training-focused
• A stepping stone to more advanced sales roles
This role is not:
• A closing or Account Executive position
• Commission-only or high-ticket sales
• A “build your own book” role
• A fit for senior or full-cycle sales reps

Education
