Job Description:
• Prepare federal and multistate income tax workpapers and supporting schedules
• Support quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations in accordance with ASC 740
• Assist with estimated tax payments, reconciliations, and tax analyses
• Research tax positions and analyze impacts of business activities and tax law changes
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audits
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and data analytics
• Work with large data sets to support tax reporting and compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• 1–3 years of tax, accounting, or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 740 concepts
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large data sets
• Experience with ERP or tax software systems preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
