Independent Contractor- Mental Health Therapist ( Group Private Practice)

We are looking for someone to commit at least 20 -30 hours per week. This is an Independent contractor position, not salaried. Payment is based on how many clients you see per week. Must be Licensed within the state of MASSACHUSETTS KM Collaborative Inc. is a private practice counseling agency that solely provides virtual therapy sessions. We primarily work with adults who are experiencing significant life changes that may be causing issues with work/life balance, self image, anxiety and/or depression. We primarily utilize CBT,DBT, ACT Motivational Interviewing, and Solution focused therapy and are seeking clinicians with similar expertise. This position is completely remote, you can set your own schedule, and you will be paid per client you see. Qualifications • Must live and/or be Licensed in the state of MASSACHUSETTS • Minimum of 20 hours per week • Master degree in Social Work and relevant clinical experience • LCSW with 2-5 Post licensure experience • LICSW with 1- 5 year post licensure or equivalent • LCSW, LMHC with 3-9 post licensure or equivalent • Ability to write reports and correspondence • Ability to work independently and remotely Responsibilities • This is an independent contractor position, you are paid a rate per client you see. • To provide Virtual outpatient psychotherapy remotely • Perform initial screening, intake and assessment, orientation, , counseling, • Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned consumers • Use psychiatric consultation and intervention when clinically appropriate • Provide individual, and/or group therapy • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with policy and legal requirements • Apply knowledge of psychopathology and primary methodologies of psychotherapy • Identify specific therapeutic interventions appropriate for specific problems • Perform record keeping in accordance with practice requirements • Complete progress notes with appropriate format • Complete a clear, specific, behaviorally oriented treatment plan as required with consumer signature • Complete insurance documentation as required • Follow required office procedures in a cooperative manner • Attend Monthly Team meetings • Available to take part in weekly supervision ( if applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: Up to $65.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance • Referral program Application Question(s): • Are you licensed in the state of MASSACHUSETTS?
