Inside Sales Representative

GEICO is a leading auto insurer in the United States, committed to providing quality coverage and exceptional customer service. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will assist customers by providing insurance quotes, advising on coverage options, and converting quotes into new policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and engage with potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience
• Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions
• Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist potential customers
• Provide potential customers peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage for the best protection

Skills

• Sales Experience: 2+ years with HS diploma; 1+ year with associate degree; 3+ months with bachelor's degree
• License: Active 20-44 Personal Lines or 2-20 Property & Casualty license
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
• Skilled in fast-paced, high-volume call center environments
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• License: Active 20-44 Personal Lines or 2-20 Property & Casualty license
