We're seeking an Insurance Sales Representative for a Monday-through-Friday role focused on generating new business, cross-selling to existing clients, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will work with warm leads, conduct needs-based conversations, and close policies. You will be given the tools, support, and opportunity to build a high income and grow your career. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed.
• First-year earnings of $55,000 to $75,000

Requirements
• Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses are a plus or willingness to obtain
• Confident, motivated, and self-driven
• Ability to multitask and follow through consistently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
