Job Overview
We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to manage client communications, support the sales process, and handle administrative tasks. This role involves end-to-end coordination from enquiry handling to follow-ups and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via calls, email, and WhatsApp
Follow up on payments, updates, and customer enquiries
Prepare and draft quotations
Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to completion
Prepare sales reports for different factories
Attend to enquiries and raise purchase requisitions
Coordinate the Director’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
Handle general administrative duties
Requirements
Based in Malaysia
Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Working Hour: Working remotely: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+8)
