Investment Sales Lead (Home Equity)

As our first Investment Manager Sales Lead at Truehold Financial, you won't just be selling a Home Equity Investment - you'll be building how we sell it. You'll be the first voice homeowners hear when they explore an HEI with us, and the insights you bring back from those conversations will directly shape our product positioning, our process, and our go-to-market playbook.

This is a ground-floor role. You'll work inbound leads, make a high volume of outbound calls, and own each homeowner relationship from first conversation through closing, but you'll also have a seat at the table as we figure out what resonates, what doesn't, and what we need to build next. You'll be in the room with leadership, marketing, and product sharing what you're hearing on the ground, pressure-testing our messaging, and helping us get sharper every week.

This role is ideal if you've sold HEIs before, thrive in a high-volume environment, and are energized by the idea of building something from scratch rather than stepping into an established motion.
