IT-Software Engineer (Operational centric thinking/production support)

• UNIX / Linux Administration & Shell Scripting (BASH): 3-5+ years • Server navigation, scripting, automation, troubleshooting • Full Stack Development: • Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, ASP.NET, C#, C • Process & Systems Analysis: 3-5+ years • Navigating applications, workflows, and technical systems • Production Support / Operations: 5+ years • Incident management, monitoring, root cause analysis • Code Management: GitHub (3+ years) • Database & Data Processing: • MySQL, SQL, structured/unstructured data (3+ years) • Python (Basic): 2+ years (good to have) • LAMP Stack: 2+ years (good to have) • Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP • Monitoring & Logging Tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic (preferred) • Containerization & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions (preferred) • AI & Automation Skills (Required) • All resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools, including: • Consistent Use: • Minimum 90% weekly usage of tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot • Applied Productivity: • Use AI for coding, documentation, analysis, and decision support • Continuous Learning: • Stay current with evolving GenAI capabilities and apply best practices • Domain & Business Skills • Healthcare systems and application workflow experience (3+ years preferred) • Data archiving, processing, and compliance awareness • Operational-centric mindset • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking • Ability to work in complex, regulated environments • Excellent communication skills are the main requirement for this role. • Ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Provide timely status updates and risk assessments • Document processes, issues, and solutions • Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams • Support customers during production incidents • Communicate expectations, progress, and deadlines professionally • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
