US Citizens (Preferred)
The candidate should be US for ITAR services and have background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), as well as industry-standard systems including Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, and Infor. Adept at optimizing warehouse workflows and driving system adoption across diverse operational environments.
Experience in providing IT support across multiple warehouse locations. This included setting up new sites, defining allocation methods and business rules, and testing and implementing system modifications. Strong debug skills for providing on-call support for data integrity and system issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Brings a strong combination of technical insight, process knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes including incident, problem and change management processes.
Note:
The role is remote without specific US location, but preffered to East Coast region. Given the role is more aligned with a senior WMS analyst and the need for hands-on configuration, SQL/Data analysis coupled with vendor and application development coordination.
