What you’ll do?
Provide production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues using tools like ELK stack.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to application functionality, performance, and integration.
Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements in a timely manner.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Manage and optimize Oracle SQL queries and database performance.
Utilize Linux commands for environment handling and application deployment support.
Maintain and configure caching solutions such as Coherence or similar technologies.
Document processes, incident resolutions, and system configurations for knowledge sharing.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support during critical incidents.
