Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Advocate I to join our team at careerzynith. As a Customer Advocate I, you'll play a vital role in supporting our individual customers (under 65 and over 65) by providing comprehensive enrollment, membership, benefits, and claims information.
