About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist with fluency in Romanian, Polish, and English to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our users get the most out of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and respond to customer inquiries about the usage of our platform, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
- Support customers with their queries regarding received invoices, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Perform administrative tasks such as problem analysis, information provision, training, and small translations to support our customers
- Work autonomously to resolve diverse tasks, leveraging your technical comprehension and MS Office Suite skills to deliver results
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in Romanian, Polish, and English, with the ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication
- First experience in Customer Service or Customer Care, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Fast technical comprehension, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- High level of organizational skills, proactivity, and reliability, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
