Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company that's making a real difference in the lives of union members.
About the Role
As a Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for union members seeking information about benefits. Your role will involve:
- Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have
- Educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other benefits
- Working closely with union associations to ensure that our benefits are aligned with their needs and goals
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to union members, while always prioritizing their needs and preferences
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and sharing your knowledge with the team to ensure that we're always providing the best possible service to our clients
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our union members
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
