Job Summary
We're looking for two experienced customer support representatives to join our remote online support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, working closely with our overseas admin team, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support to our clients via phone, email, and chat
- Working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings
- Managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Collaborating with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including weekends
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex through your work and ideas
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues in a kind and helpful manner
- Native U.S. English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities
