About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Fiber Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support and customer service to our Fios customers. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues in hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices, and providing customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between $632.00 and $1,770.50 weekly based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.
