Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper functionality of customer satellite equipment through installation and maintenance services
- Provide thorough information to customers about the features and functions of our services
- Verify and ensure the functionality of the service is fully operational during customer interactions
- Conduct installations in diverse settings, including buildings, lofts, subterranean areas, and low-height spaces
- Use office computers to access and finalize customer requests
- Adhere to safety protocols while working outdoors, regardless of the weather
- Transport company vehicles to assigned job sites
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle being operated
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Adherence to mandatory drug tests, safety inspections, and physical prerequisites
- Ability to meet physical prerequisites, including lifting weights of up to 80 pounds
- Technical background desirable
