About the Role:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
  • Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
  • Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
  • Performing passenger check-in and front seat assignment
  • Working with gate readers/scanners and related duties
  • Making boarding and departure gate announcements
  • Conveying domestic/international flight documents
  • Performing passenger service flight close-out procedures
  • Accepting, checking, and labeling passengers' baggage
  • Maintaining timeline of flight boarding process
  • Processing and completing Visa transactions
  • Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling
  • Providing quality customer care in a professional manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bilingual language skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of Sabre or other passenger management systems
  • Experience working in a high-speed environment
