**The Role**
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in one of the Nordic languages, including Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian. You will be handling inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email and chat functions, depending on the client you represent. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine problems and provide solutions to ensure a smooth customer journey.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide great customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
* Communicate effectively with customers in one of the Nordic languages and English
**Requirements**
* Fluency in any of the Nordic languages, including Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian
* Good command of English
* Passion and interest in customer service (previous experience is not required but valued)
* Ability to work from home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region
* Flexibility to work in 8.5-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends
