**The Role**
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine problems related to our clients' products or services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide great customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
* Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
* Stay up-to-date with our clients' products and services to provide accurate information to our customers
* Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
**Requirements**
* Fluency in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
* Good command of English
* Passion and interest in customer service (previous experience is not required but valued)
* Ability to work from home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Location and Schedule**
* Work from home within the Baltic region or from one of our offices in Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, or Daugavpils
* Work in 8.5-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends
* Multiple start dates available in 2025
