Our mission is to empower our clients to succeed in a rapidly changing world, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **The Role** As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages - Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian - through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions. This role provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. You'll be a key member of our team, working closely with our clients to ensure their customers receive the best possible service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing great customer service to our customers via phone, email, and in some cases, chat * Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly * Collaborating with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions * Resolving routine problems and issues related to client's product or services * Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in any of the Nordic languages - Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian * A good command of English, as we'll be handling both Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish markets * Passion and interest in customer service!
