About the Role
The Elite Job is hiring licensed Journeyman Electricians for commercial, industrial, and residential projects across major US cities. This is one of the highest-paying trade jobs available in the United States without a four-year college degree. Journeyman Electricians earn $38 – $52 per hour — and top earners in union positions exceed $100,000 annually in overtime-heavy markets. If you hold a valid state Journeyman Electrician license, this is your opportunity to earn top trade wages with a company that respects your skill and your time.
What You Will Do
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, conduit systems, panels, breakers, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures on commercial and industrial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics to plan and execute work according to NEC code requirements
• Perform load calculations, conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel terminations independently without requiring journeyman-level supervision
• Troubleshoot complex electrical faults in three-phase power systems, motor controls, and building automation systems
• Inspect completed installations and verify compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes before handover
• Mentor and supervise apprentice electricians on the job site, ensuring safe work practices and code-compliant technique
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors to keep the electrical scope on schedule and within budget
• Complete all required work orders, material requisitions, and as-built documentation accurately and on time
