Junior Accountant

IQPC is a global partner with business leaders to solve industry challenges and navigate change. They are seeking a Junior Accountant to contribute to the financial operations across their global entities, focusing on tasks such as entering accounting transactions, bank reconciliations, and supporting the accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Entering accounting transactions
• Bank reconciliations
• Paying vendor invoices
• Generate intercompany invoices and address queries for subsidiaries
• Assist with cash flow projections and tracking
• Helping prepare reports for auditors and tax preparation
• Supporting the accounting team wherever needed
• Question and propose better ways to achieve our goals

Skills

• Very comfortable using Excel all day, every day
• Motivated, curious, organized, and willing to learn quickly
• Entering accounting transactions
• Bank reconciliations
• Paying vendor invoices
• Generate intercompany invoices and address queries for subsidiaries
• Assist with cash flow projections and tracking
• Helping prepare reports for auditors and tax preparation

• Self-teach or Google solutions when stuck, utilize AI in accordance with company policies
• Can handle repetitive detail-oriented work

• Want to grow into a stronger accounting/finance professional
