We are actively seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney with direct experience in providing litigation oversight and maintaining thorough claims documentation. This is a near-term remote role with our innovative online retail client! We are actively seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney located anywhere in the United States with the following qualifications: • 3-8 years of experience in litigation, preferably in an in-house setting. • Experience analyzing claims to determine the validity and potential legal issues. • Experienced in preparing and managing discovery documents. • Substantive experience conducting legal research to support litigation efforts. • JD Degree from an accredited institution. Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside • Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model. Support our online retail corporate client on the following: • Review and respond to production claims promptly and accurately. • Assist in developing strategies for resolving claims. • Maintain and organize litigation files and documentation. • Ensure all documents related to claims are accurately filed and easily accessible. • Prepare and manage discovery documents, including responses and objections to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. • Communicate effectively with various departments to gather necessary information for litigated claims. • Assist in preparing case strategies and preparations.
