Job Description:
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define research objectives and key questions
• Assist in planning and conducting user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and card sorting exercises, using AI to generate research materials
• Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, identify patterns, and generate insights more efficiently
• Use AI assistance to synthesize research findings, create user personas, journey maps, and research reports
• Participate in usability testing sessions, observe user interactions, and document findings
• Support the creation and maintenance of research repositories to ensure insights are accessible and actionable across the company
• Help translate research findings into clear recommendations for design and product teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong curiosity about user behavior and eagerness to understand how people interact with digital products
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and extract meaningful insights from data
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other AI assistants for analysis and synthesis
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
• Basic understanding of Figma and research tools: Maze, UserTesting, or similar platforms
• Advanced English Level
• Nice to Have: Native English speaker (or near-native proficiency)
