As a Justice Solutions Program Liaison at CVS Health, you will be a key player in the development and execution of programs that advance our commitment to social justice and equity. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative programs that advance CVS Health’s commitment to social justice and equity.
Utilize creative problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions that improve our communities.
Analyze data and develop complex initiatives that have a lasting impact.
Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders in the criminal justice and/or justice system reform fields.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful program implementation.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and progress.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate program outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Build and sustain a culture of equity, respect, and inclusion.
