Part-Time Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (DTC Ecommerce)About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and strategic Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the technical side of Klaviyo but also loves creating high-converting customer journeys, beautiful email designs, and data-driven marketing strategies.

What You'll Do
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies using Klaviyo
• Design and build visually appealing, on-brand email campaigns
• Optimize, A/B test, and maintain existing automated flows, including:
• Welcome Series
• Abandoned Cart
• Browse Abandonment
• Post-Purchase
• Win-Back
Create & Strategize
• VIP & Loyalty Flows
• Plan and launch weekly and monthly promotional campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, offers, segmentation, and flow performance
• Analyze campaign and flow performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Collaborate on marketing calendars, product launches, and seasonal promotions
• Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to improve customer lifetime value and conversion rates
What We're Looking For
• Strong experience with Klaviyo email marketing platform
• Proven experience designing emails and building automation flows
• Experience working with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) ecommerce brands
• Understanding of retention marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and ecommerce funnels
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and performance reporting
• Excellent copywriting instincts and understanding of consumer psychology
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable sharing ideas, feedback, and strategic recommendations
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Not only email, but overall passionate about whole Marketing Scheme.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce integrations
• Understanding of customer retention metrics, LTV, repeat purchase behavior, and segmentation
• Experience creating campaigns that drive both revenue and brand loyalty
