Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously from initiation to closeout. Develop project plans, scopes, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate and collaborate with architectural staff, engineers, and other consultants. Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards. Oversee the preparation of design documents, specifications, and construction administration. Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and address issues. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving potential challenges. Track project financials, including invoicing and budget adherence. Mentor junior project managers and team members. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional Architect (RA) license or PMP certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Experience in a hybrid work model.
