Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst / Product Owner to lead product definition and discovery for a next-generation healthcare platform. The role will serve as the key liaison between client stakeholders and the delivery team, helping shape the product vision, define MVP scope, prioritize requirements, and prepare an implementation-ready product backlog in close collaboration with the Solution Architect, Delivery Manager, and client leadership.
What You Will Do
Lead business discovery workshops with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders; Translate clients' strategic objectives into product capabilities, MVP scope, and implementation priorities; Analyze current-state business processes and define future-state workflows for patient registration, scheduling, provider matching, and related operational processes;

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar roles on enterprise software projects
- Experience leading requirements discovery, product definition, and stakeholder alignment activities
- Strong experience defining MVP scope, product roadmaps, product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional requirements
- Experience documenting and analyzing business processes, current-state and future-state workflows
- Strong facilitation skills, including experience working with executive, business, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
