**A Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician**
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
* Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
* Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify a solution
* Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
* Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
**Education**
A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: $18.50
Maximum: $34.60
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
