Implement and promote sustainable cleaning practices where applicable. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to the sanitation team. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning, sanitation, or hospitality industry. Proven experience in developing and implementing cleaning and disinfection programs. Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in hygiene management.
