The Lead Strategy Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing transformative strategies for clients across various industries, driving significant business impact and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements from inception to completion, managing project teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality strategic recommendations. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to identify strategic opportunities and challenges. Develop comprehensive business strategies, including market entry strategies, growth strategies, operational improvements, and organizational redesign. Work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable strategic plans. Facilitate workshops and interviews with clients to gather critical information and build consensus. Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive-level clients through compelling presentations and reports. Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise. Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital by developing new methodologies and thought leadership. Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for follow-on engagements. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in management consulting. Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier institution. A Bachelor's degree with exceptional experience may be considered. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related strategic advisory role. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and managing client relationships at the executive level. Proven expertise in strategic frameworks, market analysis, financial modeling, and business case development. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong leadership, team-building, and client-management capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting. Experience across multiple industries is highly valued.
