Editor-first creative with strong design instincts
Leads with narrative storytelling, using design to extend impact
Not a generalist role — this is for a specialist with refined editorial judgment
Expected to:
️ Build stories through selects, sequencing, and sound
Create sophisticated typography and layout systems
⚖️ Prioritize clean, modern, emotionally-driven work over trendy effects
Key Responsibilities
Video Direction & Storytelling (45%)
Lead editorial for:
Mini-docs
Interviews
Talking-head content
Event recaps
Craft narratives through:
Strategic selects
B-roll sequencing
Thoughtful music & sound design
Maintain:
Strong pacing & emotional timing
Clean execution (no over-editing, templates, or trends)
Deliver authentic:
BTS storytelling
Grounded, elevated interview content
Graphic Design & Brand Identity (45%)
Build brand-aligned visual systems and scalable frameworks
Design campaign assets across platforms with consistency
Create:
Social posts
Templates with high-end typography & layout
Think in:
Campaign-level systems (not one-off graphics)
Maintain a modern, elevated aesthetic standard
️ Motion Support (10%)
Produce minimal, clean motion:
Lower thirds
Title cards
Transitions
Ensure motion:
Supports the story (never distracts)
Maintains design integrity in After Effects
