Job Role: Learning and Development Coordinator

Compensation range: $1,500 AUD/month

Engagement type: Independent Contractor

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (8.00 AM - 4.30PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, with a daily huddle on Zoom at 9.05am each day.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of exceptional learning experiences for our client's coaching and training programs.

This role serves as the operational backbone of the Learning & Development function, ensuring training platforms, learning resources, onboarding processes, coaching session materials, reports, and client communications run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, resourceful, tech savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities across various platforms without requiring constant supervision. You'll work closely with the Head of Learning & Development to maintain learning systems, support content creation, monitor client engagement, and ensure a seamless experience for every client.
